Job summary

Fivetran + dbt Labs is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead a North East US Solutions Architecture team and drive revenue growth and customer success. You will mentor a team of Solutions Architects and partner with sales leadership to align on strategic objectives.

The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, ensuring technical excellence, and collaborating with the broader Americas revenue team to enable scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a pre-sales capacity.
• 3+ years of direct frontline management experience.
• Experience across data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Reside in the Central US region.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects.
• Promote a collaborative, customer-obsessed culture within the team.
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets, through value-based selling.
• Guide our GTM strategy in the region by providing insight on sales strategy, product gaps, and advocating for your team’s needs.
• Play an active role in sourcing and screening potential candidates to maintain a high talent bar.
