StriveTogether is seeking a Senior Manager, Insights and Analytics in Cincinnati, OH. Lead data products, dashboards, and reporting for the Cradle to Career Network, coaching data roles and delivering strategic insights.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics within a strategy consulting or social impact planning role.
• Strong proficiency in R or Python for data manipulation and analysis, plus Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience building and maintaining data collection instruments, dashboards or reporting tools used by others.
• Experience providing technical assistance, consultation or facilitation for external partners.
• Exceptional communication skills; ability to translate data into clear narratives.
• Highly detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity and quality control.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Network Data Products, Tools and Reporting: design and maintain data templates; own dashboards and reports lifecycle; define performance metrics; integrate new data sources; pursue process improvements with automation/AI.
• Network Convening and Technical Assistance: develop playbooks; lead learning communities; run Training Hub sessions; provide strategic data analytics consultation; main contact for external data engagement.
• Internal Data Strategy and Insights: analyze data to identify trends and risks; synthesize insights for leadership and stakeholders; support organizational priorities with data.
• Management Responsibilities: lead and coach team; set expectations; promote collaboration and professional growth; manage workload and hiring.
• Organizational Responsibilities: adhere to policies; participate in meetings and cross-functional teams.
