Job summary

The Ohio Children’s Alliance seeks a Director of Data & Organizational Performance to lead the enterprise data strategy, governance, analytics, and reporting. You will bridge operations and technology, ensuring timely insights for leadership across programs, finance, HR, and operations.

This senior role requires strong BI skills, KPI development, governance implementation, and cross-functional collaboration within a nonprofit setting in Columbus, Ohio, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of analytics, BI, reporting, or leadership work.
• A track record in governance and enterprise reporting standards.
• Ability to communicate complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead enterprise governance frameworks and reporting standards.
• Oversee dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and executive reporting.
• Align CRM, AMS, and data platforms with organizational needs.
• Lead performance measurement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments to advance data-informed decision-making.
