Job summary

You will own data collection, reporting, SIS/EMIS governance, and scalable data platforms, partnering with senior leaders to improve student outcomes and operational effectiveness.

This role requires 7+ years of data leadership, strong SQL and cloud experience, and a commitment to equity and excellence in education.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data analysis, reporting, and developing actionable insights.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in organizational practice.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with SQL and data automation tools; experience with SIS/EMIS is a plus.
• Experience managing data governance, privacy, and cross‑functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Set data strategy and metrics aligned to network goals.
• Lead dashboards and reporting systems for schools and network leaders.
• Own SIS/EMIS reporting and overall data governance across the organization.
• Develop scalable data platforms and improve data workflows.
• Manage and grow a data strategy team providing guidance and coaching.
