Cradle to Career Network members change the way their communities work together by building connections, sharing resources and using data to put more young people on a path to economic mobility. Our work helps young people meet seven key life milestones so that they have the opportunities they need to reach their goals, and, ultimately, thrive.

You will convene and coach members in data roles, provide consultation on data analytics and reporting, and direct the data collection, tools and dashboards members rely on, including the products that turn what members submit into insight they can use. You will manage one direct report, and potentially the work of interns and fellows as needed, connecting the team’s strategy to its delivery. You will also work cross-functionally with internal teams and contribute to the organization’s internal data strategy and analysis as priorities require.
