Job summary

AndHealth is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Columbus, OH to bridge raw data and strategic action—owning end-to-end data products from transformation logic to semantic layers, modern AI-driven analysis, and executive-level dashboards.

Collaborate with operations, product, and engineering to build scalable data models, ensure data quality, and deliver high-impact visualizations with modern BI tools such as Looker, Omni, or Metabase.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a data analytics role with end-to-end data products
• Strong foundation in dimensional modeling principles (facts, dimensions, and data mart architecture)
• Advanced SQL (window functions, performance tuning) and Python or R for EDA
• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools (Copilot, Cursor, AI data observability, or LLM integrations)
• Hands-on experience building metric layers and reports in modern BI tools (Looker, Omni, Metabase)

Responsibilities

• Translate Strategy into Metrics: partner with leaders to define governed metrics in semantic layer
• Build Scalable Data Models: architect transformations across staging, intermediate, and dim layers
• Leverage AI and Modern Tooling: integrate AI-driven workflows to speed analytics and reliability
• Deliver Actionable Visualizations: design high-impact dashboards and client-facing reports
• Ensure Data Quality & Trust: automated tests, schema checks, and SLA monitoring
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Software Engineering and Client Management to tell data-driven value stories
