Job summary

Target is looking for a Sr Supervisor Information Examination to guide a team of analysts, driving data-driven decisions across product and technology groups. You will mentor analysts, ensure data quality, and partner with the Head of Information and Insights to shape analytics strategy.

The role requires strong leadership, deep analytics, and the ability to translate complex business problems into actionable insights that drive performance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience is required.
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics or related field.
• Proven track record leading analytics initiatives and teams.
• Proficient in SQL, R, Python for data analysis.
• Experience with data modeling and statistical techniques.
• Ability to translate business problems into data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing analytics team with clear expectations and performance management.
• Collaborate with Product and Data Engineering to ensure high data quality and impactful insights.
• Lead analysts, guiding tasks and strategic direction to develop future leaders.
• Drive data governance and insights in partnership with business stakeholders.
