Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Leader in Cyber Strategy & Transformation to drive IRM, GRC, and SecOps programs using the ServiceNow platform. You will guide enterprise-wide risk strategies, oversee complex deployments, and mentor global teams to ensure top-tier cyber risk services.

The role requires 10+ years of ServiceNow expertise, consulting experience, and the ability to travel about 50%.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
10+ years of hands-on tech risk solution design and architecture.
Experience with ITOM, ITAM, IRM, SecOps, and TPRM.
10+ years of deep ServiceNow expertise with certifications and hands-on design experience.
10+ years leading ServiceNow implementations and solution architecture.
Previous consulting or Big 4 experience is preferred.
Ability to travel about 50% on average.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated risk management and GRC strategies using ServiceNow.
Design enterprise risk and compliance frameworks aligned to standards (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI, HIPAA).
Oversee ServiceNow-based cyber risk solutions and ensure delivery aligns with client needs.
Lead deployment of ServiceNow IRM, GRC, SecOps modules (ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, automation).
Mentor global teams to ensure high-quality delivery of cyber risk services.
Provide thought leadership on GRC trends and emerging technologies.
