Job summary

Deloitte’s Cyber Strategy & Transformation team seeks a ServiceNow Senior Manager to drive risk, governance, and SecOps programs for clients using the ServiceNow platform.

You will lead IRM, GRC, and SecOps deployments, design enterprise risk frameworks, and mentor global teams while advancing go-to-market initiatives. The role requires 10+ years in tech risk and strong client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field.
• 10+ years hands-on Tech Risk and ServiceNow experience.
• Experience in IRM, GRC, SecOps.
• 10+ years of ServiceNow implementations including design and architecture.
• Previous consulting or Big 4 experience.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for IRM, GRC, and SecOps on ServiceNow.
• Design and implement enterprise risk and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI, HIPAA).
• Oversee the delivery of ServiceNow-based cyber risk solutions.
• Lead the assessment, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow IRM, GRC, and SecOps modules (ITSM, ITAM, CMDB).
• Drive continuous improvement in cyber risk management and service delivery.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executives, translating requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies and innovative ServiceNow-based solutions.
