Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of AdTech, MarTech and SaaS platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Experience driving customer retention and platform adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting during integration.
• Scale and manage high-value accounts across lifecycle stages.
• Monitor integration quality and adoption metrics; act as trusted advisor.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
