AES is seeking a visionary Senior Manager of Customer Programs to lead the strategic planning, design, and execution of our utility demand-side management and clean energy portfolio in Indiana and Ohio.

You will head a team responsible for deploying energy efficiency, demand response, EV charging, and green power programs, balancing regulatory goals with customer satisfaction and enterprise-wide alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5–7 years in utility/clean energy with 2–4 years leadership.
• Deep understanding of utility regulatory frameworks and DSM program design.
• Experience with EV charging infrastructure frameworks and cost-effectiveness testing.

Responsabilités

• Oversee long-term roadmap and annual planning for EE, DR, EV and Green Power.
• Lead program managers delivering residential, commercial, and industrial results.
• Coordinate regulatory filings and EM&V to verify energy savings.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing program-management team.
