Job summary

AES Indiana seeks a visionary Senior Manager of Customer Programs to lead the strategy, design, and execution of its demand-side management and clean energy portfolio across Indiana and Ohio.

You will head a team delivering Energy Efficiency, Demand Response, EV charging, and Green Power programs, aligning with regulatory requirements and customer needs. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and budget stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 5–7 years in utility/clean energy; leadership experience is required.
• Deep understanding of utility regulatory frameworks and DSM program design.
• Experience with EV charging infrastructure and cost-effectiveness testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term roadmap and annual plans for EE, DR, EV, and Green Power products.
• Design pilot programs to test emerging clean energy technologies.
• Oversee deployment and marketing of residential, commercial, and industrial programs.
• Direct implementation contractors and technology vendors for seamless delivery.
• Manage multi-million dollar annual portfolio budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
