Job summary

AES Indiana is expanding its generation fleet and seeks a Utilities Renewable Energy Project Manager to lead large-scale PV solar and energy storage developments in the US. Based in Indianapolis, you will drive projects from early development through handover to operations, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring safety, budget, and schedule compliance.

You will negotiate EPC contracts, manage interconnections, permits, and stakeholder engagement, and align objectives with financing

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in engineering or related field.
8+ years in project management for energy construction.
Experience in PV solar and energy storage projects.
Experience leading EPC contract negotiations.
Strong CPM scheduling and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead development of large-scale renewable energy projects from early development to operations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, environmental, regulatory, and finance.
Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and cost estimates; ensure on-time delivery.
Oversee EPC contract negotiations and supplier agreements.
Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
Engage with landowners, regulators, utilities, and project financiers.
