Job summary

The AES Corporation in the United States seeks a visionary and results-driven Senior Manager of Customer Programs to lead the strategic planning, design, and execution of the utility's demand-side management and clean energy portfolio. You will head a team responsible for deploying Energy Efficiency, Demand Response, EV, and Green Power programs for customers in Indiana and Ohio.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's or 5-7 years in utility/clean energy with leadership experience.
• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of utility regulatory frameworks and EV charging frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Strategy: oversee long-term roadmap for EE, DR, EV charging infra, and Green Power products.
• Implementation & Operations: lead program managers for residential, commercial, and industrial programs.
• Regulatory Compliance & Evaluation: support regulatory filings and EM&V alignment.
• Team Leadership: mentor and grow a high-performing program-management team.
• Stakeholder Engagement: partner with cross-functional teams and represent at industry events.
