Job summary

The AES Corporation is seeking a visionary Senior Manager of Customer Programs to lead the strategic planning, design, and execution of demand-side management and clean energy programs in Indiana and Ohio. You will head a team delivering EE, DR, EV, and Green Power initiatives with a focus on cost-effectiveness and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Environmental Science, Economics, or related field, or 5–7 years in utility/clean energy with leadership.
• Deep understanding of utility regulatory frameworks, cost-effectiveness testing, EV charging infra, and DSM program design.
• Familiarity with DERMS, billing systems, and energy modeling; PMP/CEM/LEED a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term portfolio strategy for EE, DR, EV charging infra, and Green Power products.
• Oversee a team of program managers for deployment and marketing of residential, commercial, and industrial programs.
• Manage multi-million dollar annual budget and ensure regulatory compliance and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent the utility at industry events.
