Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• 7+ years in customer lifecycle, membership/subscription programs, revenue operations, or service-based businesses.
• 3+ years leading programs, projects or teams.

Responsibilities

• Grow membership enrollment and recurring revenue through acquisition, retention, and renewal initiatives.
• Develop and execute lifecycle strategies across acquisition, conversion, service delivery, and win-back programs.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities, solve problems, and deliver measurable results.
• Improve customer experience, reduce churn, and optimize membership performance.
• Partner with Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT, Contact Center, and field leadership to drive execution.
• Build business cases, KPI reporting, and executive-level recommendations.
