Job summary

Horizon3 is seeking a strategic, data-driven Sr. Customer Marketing Manager to engage the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.

You will build scalable programs to turn customers into radical champions and partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, and Marketing to turn customer insights into measurable programs. The ideal candidate is both a strategist and an operator who can design a lifecycle framework, launch campaigns,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in customer marketing and lifecycle campaigns.
• Experience building journeys and lifecycle programs across onboarding, activation, retention, renewal, and expansion.
• Ability to partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, and Marketing Operations.

Responsibilities

• Own programs that engage onboarding to expansion across the customer journey.
• Define segments, lifecycle stages, journey maps and campaign playbooks.
• Partner with enablement to market customer education and adoption programs.
• Develop proactive programs for retention and re-engagement for at-risk accounts.
• Create signal-based upsell and cross-sell campaigns tied to customer needs and renewals.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with messaging and playbooks.
• Translate customer feedback into product communications and lifecycle campaigns.
• Improve segmentation, data quality, trigger detection, nurture, automation, attribution, and reporting.
• Build annual and quarterly customer marketing plans and manage budgets and resources.
• Establish dashboards connecting lifecycle engagement to revenue and retention metrics.
• Lead test-and-learn and present insights to leadership.
