Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Customer Content Campaigns Senior Manager to turn customer stories into integrated campaigns that reach the right audiences, across the right channels, at the right moments. You will lead activation and amplification for customer stories and Orchestrators content, working with Digital, Social, Field Marketing, Events and Campaigns teams to shape when and where content appears.

• Turn customer stories into integrated campaigns
• Set activation and amplification strategy for the customer story portfolio
• Build integrated campaign plans that extend flagship customer stories across channels, audiences and formats
• Recommend channel mix, sequencing and activation approach for each story based on audience and business opportunity
