Genesys in United States is seeking a Customer Content Campaigns Senior Manager to turn customer stories into integrated marketing campaigns that reach the right audiences, across the right channels, at the right moments.

This strategic marketer will lead activation and amplification for customer stories and orchestrator content, coordinating with Digital, Social, Field Marketing, Events and Campaigns teams to shape when, where and how stories appear and to manage major events such as Xperience.

Responsibilities

• Turn customer stories into integrated campaigns
• Set activation and amplification strategy for the customer story portfolio
• Build integrated campaign plans that extend flagship customer stories across channels, audiences and formats
• Recommend channel mix, sequencing and activation approach for each story based on audience and business opportunity, and align with channel owners on execution
