Influential is seeking an experienced Specialist to join our Creator Management team. This role will implement day-to-day creator strategy and campaign execution for Fortune 500 clients.

The ideal candidate will support the campaign management team with the development and execution of creator marketing campaigns utilizing our proprietary technology to connect top brands with our broad network of creators. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a digital/advertising/creator marketing environment.
• Experience coordinating projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable in a startup environment, building process where none exists.
• Strong understanding of social platforms and their role in campaigns.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall success of creator campaigns and program execution.
• Develop and refine campaign-specific creator strategies and success metrics.
• Train teams on planning, audience reporting, and research tools.
• Coordinate with account management, analytics, and operations to meet client needs.
• Identify and engage talent to maximize ROI and KPI attainment.
• Oversee talent vetting, casting, contracting, and content management.
• Leverage data to position creators to clients and optimize campaigns.
