Job summary
Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth of the corporate portfolio through strategic projects and new business opportunities, including digital health and venture investments. The role interfaces with Fresenius management and may be remote, with regular travel to the Lake Zurich, IL headquarters; local candidates are prioritized.
Salary range is $138,000-150,000 with a 10% target annual bonus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field is required; MBA strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in BD, M&A, strategy or analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Analyze markets, segments, and targets for inorganic growth across Fresenius business areas.
- Lead project management with cross-functional teams from due diligence to board approvals.
- Prepare pitch documents to align management on prioritization of inorganic targets.
- Build valuation analyses (DCF, NPV, precedents) for target assets.
- Manage inorganic opportunities through evaluation, negotiation and execution.
