Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Manager for Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth via strategic projects, due diligence, and new business development including digital health and venture opportunities. Salary ranges from $138,000 to $150,000 with a 10% target annual bonus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required; MBA strongly preferred.
5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in business development, M&A, strategy and analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.
Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.
Experience in a highly complex, matrix organization; ability to work in ambiguous environments.
Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills; proficient in Excel/PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel up to 15%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

Analyze markets, segments, and targets for inorganic growth across Fresenius businesses.
Lead projects with cross-functional teams to deliver due diligence, business case development, and board approvals.
Prepare pitch documents for management alignment and prioritization of inorganic targets.
Manage internal strategic portfolio analyses and evaluate new business areas and scenarios.
Build valuations using DCF, NPV, and precedent analyses.
Oversee inorganic opportunities from identification to execution.
Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external interfaces including consultants and investment banks.
Leverage market insights to inform strategic direction and future growth.
