Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Manager for Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth through organic and inorganic strategies, including digital health and venture opportunities. The role interfaces with senior management and will involve travel to the Lake Zurich, IL headquarters, with a remote work option where feasible.

Salary range is $138,000–$150,000 with a target annual bonus of 10%. Benefits include 401(k), paid vacation and holidays, health/dental/vision, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field is required.
• MBA strongly preferred for this role.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, M&A, Strategy, and business analytics.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, and companies/assets to identify inorganic growth targets.
• Lead project management with cross-functional teams from due diligence to board approvals and execution.
• Prepare pitch documents to align management and prioritize inorganic targets.
• Manage corporate portfolio analyses and evaluation of new business opportunities and scenarios.
• Build valuations for target assets using DCF, NPV, and precedent analyses.
• Drive strategic corporate projects through all phases of evaluation, negotiation, and execution.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external stakeholders.
