Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of program managers and operations professionals.
• Oversee planning and execution of programs across technology operations and Customer Service.
• Own operational and technical integration of acquired companies into the organization's environment.
• Define and optimize scalable program management processes across the portfolio.
• Serve as a central point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, facilitating communication and decision-making.
• Track operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks, developing contingency plans.
• Communicate program status and operational risks clearly to various audiences.
