Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Senior Manager, Business & Technical Operations in California to lead the team responsible for the operational health, reliability, and continuous improvement of Content & Business Products programs, products, and platforms. You’ll oversee NTech operations, ITAM, and enterprise tools, serving as a key partner to Engineering, Product, IT, Finance, Legal, and Talent.

You will mentor a team spanning technology operations and frontline support, and drive M&A integrations,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management or enterprise operations.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs across IT/enterprise operations.
• Experience integrating third-party tech, tools, or teams into an enterprise.
• Experience partnering with Customer Service business and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team spanning NTech, Customer Service, and enterprise program functions.
• Oversee enterprise program leadership across AV, IT operations, and ITAM, plus Customer Service.
• Own the operational and technical integration of acquired companies and tools into Netflix systems.
• Define scalable program management processes, governance, and OKR-driven execution.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, IT, Finance, Legal, and Talent on program outcomes.
• Define and track KPIs and SLAs for operations; drive incident management improvements.
