For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Business & Technical Operations - Content & Business Products to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will lead business and technical operations that support content and business product experiences within a large-scale consumer entertainment environment. You will oversee cross-functional programs spanning operations, technology integration, and service delivery while ensuring teams, processes, and stakeholders stay aligned. The position calls for a leader who can translate complex operational needs into scalable solutions, strengthen execution across acquired businesses, and improve outcomes through clear governance and disciplined program management.

Location: Los Gatos, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $470,000 – $700,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of program managers and operations professionals
• Oversee planning and execution of programs across technology operations and Customer Service
• Own operational and technical integration of acquired companies into the organization's environment

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management or IT operations, with 4+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in AV, IT operations, or service desk
• Expertise in integrating third-party technology into enterprise environments
• Experience in Customer Service operations and business functions
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
