Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Senior Manager, Business & Technical Operations within Content & Business Products to lead the operational health of programs powering the content lifecycle. You will mentor a diverse team spanning NTech, Customer Service, and enterprise program functions, driving reliable, scalable operations across AV, IT operations, and ITAM.

You will own technology integration for M&A activities, partner with Engineering, Product, IT, and Finance, and implement governance that balances

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or IT/enterprise support operations.
• At least 4 years in a leadership role managing and mentoring a team.
• Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional programs across AV, IT operations, and ITAM.
• Experience integrating 3P technology, tools, teams, or processes into an enterprise environment.
• Experience partnering with Customer Service business and operations functions.
• Demonstrated ability to build, grow, and lead high-performing operations teams.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team spanning NTech, Customer Service, and enterprise program functions.
• Oversee planning and execution of enterprise programs across AV, IT operations, and ITAM.
• Own the operational and technical integration of acquired companies and tools.
• Define and optimize scalable program management processes, governance, and best practices.
• Serve as a central partner for Engineering, Product, IT, Finance, Legal and Talent stakeholders.
• Define and track operational KPIs and SLAs for NTech and Customer Service operations.
• Identify operational risks, develop contingency plans, and drive issue resolution.
• Communicate program status and risks clearly to executives and contributors.
• Forecast staffing, tooling, and budget needs across CBP programs.
