Job summary

Netflix seeks a Senior Manager, Business & Technical Operations for the Content & Business Products (CBP) organization. You will lead a world-class team overseeing program management, operations, and enterprise tools across NTech, Customer Service, and related functions, ensuring reliability and scalable processes.

You will drive M&A integrations, partner with Engineering, Product, IT, Finance, and Legal, and manage operational risk and performance at scale in a dynamic entertainment tech

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or IT/enterprise operations, with leadership
• Experience leading large cross-functional programs across enterprise functions
• Experience integrating technology, tools, or teams into an enterprise environment
• Experience partnering with Customer Service and operations functions
• Strong communication and influencing skills across stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team spanning NTech, Customer Service, and enterprise program functions
• Oversee planning and execution of programs across AV, IT operations, and ITAM, and Customer Service
• Own operational and technical integration of acquired companies and tools
• Define scalable program management processes, governance, and best practices
• Track KPIs and SLAs for NTech and Customer Service operations
• Identify risks and develop contingency and escalation plans
• Communicate status and risk to stakeholders and leadership
• Forecast staffing, tooling, and budget needs across CBP programs
