Job summary

Brightspeed is seeking a Senior Manager, Consumer Tools and Technology in Charlotte to lead the strategy, delivery, governance, and improvement of tools and processes that support Sales, Care, and Customer Success. You will own operational technology initiatives and drive the enterprise Order Flow Operations, ensuring efficient governance and cross-functional alignment from submission to installation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Engineering, or CS.
• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Technology, Business Operations, Telecommunications, or Customer Operations.
• Experience leading business technology initiatives and operational transformation programs.
• Experience gathering business requirements and partnering with IT organizations.
• Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business validation, and production deployments.
