Job summary

Sharp Decisions in Charlotte/seeking a data-driven professional to author and govern the Client Delivery Readiness framework, and to publish executive reports and monthly dashboards. You will collaborate with product and technology teams to map and standardize workflows and ensure rigorous testing and deployment checklists.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, experience in banking/fintech environments, and effective training delivery to staff and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related analytical field.

Responsibilities

Author, optimize, and govern the Client Delivery Readiness framework and all associated program documentation.
Design, evaluate, and publish executive management reports, monthly key metric dashboards, and comprehensive audit reports.
Partner with internal cross-functional teams and technical subject matter experts to architect, map, and standardize operational workflows.
Oversee that client certification scripts, testing documentation, and deployment checklists are rigorous and fully executed; lead the annual review of Client Delivery Readiness operational procedures.
Define training requirements and facilitate high-level knowledge-transfer sessions between product/technology teams and support staff.
