Job summary

BetterCloud is seeking a Product Manager to lead our Order Management Systems platform, ensuring orders flow accurately from capture through settlement. You will own the end-to-end OMS stack, drive revenue-recognition and ERP integration, and coordinate across Engineering, Finance, and Operations to deliver reliable, auditable processes.

You will set strategy for order checkout, settlement, and event orchestration, guiding a multi-team product line.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a product line or multi-team domain and setting strategy.
• Experience owning order management, financial settlement, or transactional platforms.
• Strong understanding of data lineage, reconciliation, and event delivery semantics.
• Ability to translate complex flows into actionable insights and priorities.
• Proven track record of end-to-end platform delivery with measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the OMS platform end-to-end, including financial aggregation and internal tools.
• Act as connective tissue between Engineering, Finance, Operations, and downstream teams.
• Define settlement, reconciliation, and revenue recognition flows aligned to close timing.
• Define event schemas, guarantees, and contracts for upstream/downstream teams.
• Set and defend 6–12 month roadmaps for Order Management and ERP integration.
• Drive platform metrics: throughput, latency, reconciliation accuracy.
• Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual ops and accelerate close.
• Ensure data quality, idempotency, and reliable event replay.
• Communicate trade-offs between complexity, time-to-market, and risk.
• Present strategy and outcomes to executives to secure alignment.
