You will define a multi-year digital vision and roadmap, aligning the digital experience with commercial goals, and lead a high-performing team responsible for day-to-day execution, optimization, and merchandising across the Shop, Buy, Own journey.

You will partner with senior leaders to secure investment, measure ROI, and drive ongoing improvements in personalization, SEO, and UX

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the multi-year FordPro.com strategic vision and roadmap.
• Lead executive alignment and reporting on business impact and ROI.
• Oversee the website strategy team responsible for day-to-day execution and optimization.
• Own the budget and business case for major journeys and platform capabilities.
• Set governance standards for customer journeys, personalization, and SEO.
