Job summary

Ford is seeking an experienced Analyst, Digital Analytics to join Ford's Digital Analytics & Experimentation team, aligned to Ford Pro. You will translate stakeholder questions into measurement approaches, perform advanced analysis, and deliver clear recommendations to improve digital experiences and business outcomes.

You will also collaborate with Telematics, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance analytics teams to bring together insights and develop holistic Ford Pro narratives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital analytics or related analytical field.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with a digital analytics platform (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics).
• 3+ years experience using SQL to analyze large datasets and integrate data sources.
• 2+ years experience creating dashboards or reports (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik).

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement and insight generation across Ford Pro Digital Product journeys.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, designers, and data teams to measure new experiences.
• Collaborate with Telematics, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance analytics to tell holistic Ford Pro stories.
• Analyze clickstream and digital behavior data and conduct journey analyses to identify friction and opportunities.
• Curate Adobe Analytics workspaces and build dashboards for on-demand visibility into metrics.
• Use SQL and analytics tools to integrate datasets and develop unified views of Ford Pro journeys.
• Develop scalable analytics methods and AI-enabled workflows with human review.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
