Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking an experienced Analyst, Digital Analytics to join the Ford Pro Digital Analytics & Experimentation team. You will translate stakeholder questions into measurement plans, perform advanced analysis, and deliver recommendations to improve digital experiences and business outcomes.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bring together insights, build scalable analytics, and present clear narratives to stakeholders across Ford Pro.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of digital analytics or related analytics experience.
• 3+ years with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
• 3+ years of SQL to analyze large datasets and integrate sources.
• 2+ years of dashboarding/reporting with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement and insight generation across Ford Pro Digital Product journeys, turning goals into KPIs and plans.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, designers, and tagging teams to measure new experiences.
• Collaborate with Telematics, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance analytics to tell holistic Ford Pro stories.
• Analyze clickstream and digital behavior data; perform journey analyses and identify friction and opportunities.
• Curate Adobe Analytics workspaces and build dashboards for on‑demand visibility of key metrics.
• Use SQL and analytics tools to integrate datasets and create unified views of journeys and outcomes.
• Develop scalable analytics methods, automation, and AI-enabled workflows with human oversight.
• Present findings in concise narratives tailored to technical and non‑technical audiences.
