Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Execution to accelerate growth of individual products across Central and Northeast markets.

You will bridge product strategy and field execution, ensuring offerings are positioned, understood, and adopted. You will partner with regional sales, develop product-specific growth plans, train teams, and translate complex features into client-relevant benefits to drive revenue and market penetration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in field sales leadership or related market-facing roles.
• Experience growing revenue via product positioning and sales strategy.
• Strong knowledge of payor-focused healthcare products.
• Experience partnering with sales and product leaders in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client/broker discussions.
• Ability to translate product direction into sales messaging.
• Strong prioritization and follow-through in high-visibility work.
• Ability to influence decisions without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth for assigned products via new logo sales and upsell.
• Partner with regional sales to identify target accounts and develop strategies.
