Job summary

First Financial Bank seeks an Enterprise Banking Services Manager III – Commercial Loans Clear to Close/Fund to lead our Commercial Closing team. You’ll oversee coaching, workload, and process quality for multiple lines, including SBA and foreign letters of credit, ensuring timely, compliant closings.

You will partner with Legal, Credit, Compliance, and Sales, drive KPI reporting, and implement improvements across platforms like nCino and DocuSign, shaping enterprise closing excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in banking operations/financial services
• 4+ years in a management role
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to lead large teams and coordinate across partners
• Understanding of risk management and regulatory guidance
• Experience with loan closing processes and vendor coordination

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Commercial Loan Closing across multiple lines of business
• Coach and develop staff, manage workload, and monitor service levels
• Develop and enforce procedures, budgets, and KPIs/SLA reporting
• Collaborate with Legal, Credit, Compliance, Sales, and Digital partners
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements for efficiency
