FirstBank Florida is seeking an experienced Loan Closing Coordinator to manage the end-to-end closing process for Commercial and Corporate Banking loan files. You will verify documents, coordinate with closing agents and borrowers, and ensure compliance with policies and schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and mortgage loan experience, or minimum two years as a loan processor.
• Strong math, verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and records.
• Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and schedule loan closings for Commercial and Corporate Banking.
• Review mortgage documents to ensure conditions are met prior to closing.
• Request documents (property info, payoff letters, insurance, rent roll, leases, title) to prepare closing.
• Interface with closing agents, borrowers, and representatives to track closing status and contingencies.
• Verify rates, fees, and disclosures; communicate changes to relevant parties.
• Prepare post-closing packs and reports; balance GL accounts and log closed loans.
• Assist with recording UCC filings and maintain required documentation.
