FirstBank PR seeks a Commercial Closing Supervisor to lead the closing team and ensure timely, compliant loan closings in Puerto Rico. You will collaborate with Bank Officers, Relationship Managers, and external providers to deliver efficient service aligned with policy and client expectations.

The role requires deep knowledge of banking regulations, strong financial analysis, and proven leadership in a banking environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in a similar banking role.
• Experience with banking laws, collateral, and documentation.
• Knowledge of commercial lending and portfolio management.
• Strong financial analysis and quantitative skills.
• Proven business development and community involvement.
• Proficient in PC software and banking applications.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Closing Officers and ensure loan closings follow policy.
• Coordinate closing pipeline with Bank Officers and units.
• Prepare and discuss closing statuses with parties; obtain documents.
• Develop strategies to improve closing efficiency.
• Review and update documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Ensure third-party providers meet quality standards.
• Maintain exception tracking and report to units.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, OFAC, and other policies.
• Assist with unit presentations and special projects.
