First Financial Bank is seeking a skilled Servicing professional to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial loans, analyze financials and collateral, and maintain cross‑functional communication with Sales, Underwriting, and Legal teams. The role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently across multiple loan files.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Servicing Department or banking-related field experience.
• Proficiency in mathematical concepts and basic accounting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to research and find answers.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial lending loans (30–80 loans, $25K–$35MM).
• Collect and analyze financial statements and tax returns to support collateral and risk assessment.
• Maintain communication with Sales, Underwriting, and Legal staff on loan status.
• Understand loan collateral and related contracts, including loan documents and statements.
• Evaluate monthly portfolio compliance with loan model and guidelines.
• Assist with audits (including Fed) and provide Month End reporting to Management.
• Monitor and service multiple loans with minimal supervision.
• Review UCC filings to ensure collateral protection.
