Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a skilled Leader to manage a registry and quality abstraction team, delivering clinical data synthesis and rigorous reporting. You will collaborate with executives and service lines to drive enterprise-wide improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with state and federal standards.

You will oversee data collection, interoperability, and validation processes, while guiding staff through audits, documentation, and reporting across CMS, payors, and accreditation bodies.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in quality, abstraction, registry with one year of supervisory experience.
• Five years of orthopedic and/or trauma experience (OR, Med Surg, ER, ICU).

Responsibilities

• Manages a team to provide clinical synthesis, distribution, and analysis of internal and comparative data for system strategic, operational and quality projects.
• Oversees internal data collection, submission standards, and data reporting for CMS, Payor, and accreditation entities.
• Oversees development and implementation of interoperability and validity processes and reporting tools.
• Coordinates management oversight of all registries across the enterprise to ensure data integrity.
