Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of member, patient or consumer engagement experience in health care or population health.
• Ability to drive measurable behavior change across activation, enrollment and participation.
• Experience translating data into audience strategies and personalized journeys.
• Experience developing personas, segmentation and targeting for clinical/population programs.
• Hands-on experience building multichannel lifecycle journeys across digital and offline channels.
• Ability to collaborate across Clinical, Product, Marketing, Analytics, Operations and Health Economics teams.

Aufgaben

• Own the engagement strategy behind the Member Value Profile™, translating data into personalized activation journeys.
• Develop personas and targeting strategies across condition-specific programs (Fall Risk, Heart Health, Diabetes, Mobility).
• Partner with Clinical Product to conduct member research and strengthen experiences.
• Design end-to-end member journeys from identification to long-term adherence.
• Determine optimal mix and messaging across direct mail, email, SMS and other channels.
• Lead activation strategies for health plan, employer and provider pilots.
• Ensure engagement strategies align with program design and outcomes.
• Report success measures across identification, outreach, activation, enrollment and adherence.
• Translate pilot results into scalable playbooks for Medicare, commercial and provider programs.
