Job summary

You will own metrics for activation and visit completion, analyze conversion data, and work with marketing automation and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in product management or growth shipping products and measuring results.
• Consumer-facing product experience owning usage, activation, engagement, or conversion metrics.
• Strong quantitative skills and ability to interpret conversion data.
• Experience collaborating across teams and influencing decisions without direct authority.
• Familiarity with SQL and product analytics tools (Mixpanel or Amplitude), CRM or marketing automation, survey tools, and data visualization.
• Healthcare or health insurance experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the rate of members who choose a provider and complete their first visit.
• Find and address friction across scheduling, communications, provider information, and handoffs between product experiences.
• Manage post-visit feedback collection, including satisfaction and access measures, response rates, and data quality.
• Share member feedback with product, operations, data, and outreach partners to inform decisions and follow-up campaigns.
• Partner with provider account management and operations teams to resolve scheduling, onboarding, and communication issues.
• Evaluate new outreach channels, including AI-supported approaches, to improve member engagement and visit completion.
