Job summary

One Pass Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Member Engagement Strategy to translate the Member Value Profile into personalized activation strategies across digital, physical, and community channels.

You will lead personas, targeting, and end-to-end member journeys, working across Clinical Product, Marketing, Health Economics and Operations to drive Medicare and population health initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8 years of member, patient or consumer engagement in health care or related field.
• Proven results driving activation, enrollment, participation, or adherence.
• Experience translating data into audience strategies and journeys.
• Experience developing personas and targeting strategies for clinical programs.
• Hands-on experience building multichannel lifecycle journeys across digital and offline channels.
• Ability to collaborate across Clinical, Product, Marketing, Analytics, Operations and Health Economics teams.
• Strong analytical skills and performance measurement for the member engagement funnel.
• Knowledge of health care compliance review processes.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proven ability to build new capabilities in a fast-moving environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the engagement strategy behind the Member Value Profile™, translating segmentation into personalized activation and adherence journeys.
• Develop and refine clinical member personas and targeting strategies across condition-specific programs.
• Partner with Clinical Product to identify research for personas, program experiences and messaging.
• Design end-to-end member journeys from identification to long-term adherence.
• Determine the mix and messaging across direct mail, email, SMS, and other channels.
• Develop event-based and community activation strategies (screenings, fitness events, partnerships).
• Lead activation strategies for pilots with health plans, employers and providers.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations on data flows and journey execution.
• Own CMS and compliance review for member outreach.
• Define and report success measures across the funnel.
• Translate pilots into scalable playbooks for Medicare, commercial and population health.
