Job summary

Care Access is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Conduct to lead the Future of Medicine program initiatives remotely within the United States. You will drive governance, readiness, and adoption across clinical conduct, quality, technology, and operations, aligning stakeholders and delivering measurable outcomes.

You will translate complex clinical and regulatory needs into scalable workflows, SOPs, and training, while providing clear performance updates to leadership and ensuring patient safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in clinical research/healthcare operations.
• Experience leading complex, regulated programs from strategy to adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, governance, and delivery for Future of Medicine initiatives.
• Translate needs into scalable workflows, requirements, and training.
• Drive readiness and post-launch adoption of new processes and technology.
• Provide updates to leaders with clear decisions, risks, and next steps.
• Define measures for delivery, quality, and participant experience.
• Partner with Clinical and Quality leaders to translate regulatory requirements into workflows.
• Monitor developments and translate changes into program processes.
• Coach matrixed teams and drive accountability without direct management.
