Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in regulated healthcare or clinical operations.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align matrixed teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and integrated governance for assigned initiatives across Clinical Conduct, Quality, Technology, and Operations.
• Develop scalable workflows, requirements, SOPs, training, and operational guidance.
• Drive readiness, change planning, and post-launch reinforcement for sustained adoption.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in regulated healthcare or clinical operations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align matrixed teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
