Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years in clinical research/clinical operations or related regulated healthcare operations.
• Direct experience supporting clinical research operations or clinical trial delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, governance for Future of Medicine initiatives across Clinical Conduct, Quality, Tech, and Operations.
• Translate needs into scalable workflows, requirements, and training with technical teams.
• Lead readiness, change planning, and stakeholder engagement to drive adoption.
• Develop updates for leaders; align stakeholders and monitor performance and risks.
• Define measures for delivery, readiness, adoption, and participant/staff experience.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical workflows, controls, and readiness criteria.
