Job summary

Big Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Provider Experience and Clinical Transformation to drive revenue growth and patient impact by engaging health systems, providers, and organizations with FDA-cleared digital treatments.

You will lead implementation, training, and go-to-market efforts, leveraging clinical, implementation science, and commercial acumen to deliver seamless patient care within a remote-first US environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare implementation or operations.
• Degree(s) in business, project management, healthcare, public health or related field. Master’s preferred.
• Experience in billing/revenue cycle workflows and payer coordination.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: set up implementation function for future growth and standardize processes.
• Client and Provider Engagement: design workflows for prescribing, activation, and billing of prescription digital treatments.
• Internal Stakeholder Management: lead cross-functional teams and manage client partnerships and risk.
• Reporting and Documentation: develop project plans and post-implementation reviews.
