Job summary

The Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company is seeking a Client Account Support Senior Manager to lead the O500 Implementation team in delivering successful client onboarding and renewal experiences. You will drive performance, partnerships with sales leaders, brokers, and clients, and strategic resource planning to ensure scalable delivery.

You will coach and develop the IMs, optimize processes, and align with CS&O objectives while fostering inclusion and accountability across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; PMP or equivalent is a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years in client implementation, PM, or operations.
• 3+ years of people leadership in a client-facing environment.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage staffing.
• Strong communication and collaboration with sales, brokers, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of O500 Implementation Managers, setting goals and coaching.
• Oversee project management, risk mitigation, and resource planning.
• Drive onboarding and implementation milestones for clients and renewals.
• Develop partnerships with sales, brokers, and matrix partners.
• Use metrics and reporting to improve performance and processes.
• Manage workload distribution and capacity planning across the team.
