Job summary

ManhattanLife Insurance and Annuity Company is seeking an Account Implementation Manager 1 to join the Account Services team in a remote-capable role. You will manage the implementation process for new employer groups, coordinate with Sales/Marketing and operations, and oversee re-enrollments for existing groups.

The position emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, client interaction, and the ability to multi-task across multiple stages of implementations, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with experience in account implementation and/or account servicing.
• Insurance experience and advanced Excel skills in pivot table and vLookup beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of the implementation process for new employer groups.
• Coordinate with operations for build changes/updates on assigned book of business.
• Perform audits and lead teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Complete special projects and tasks as assigned.
