Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the O500 Implementation team, ensuring seamless onboarding for mid-market clients and renewing accounts. You will drive performance, partner with sales, brokers, and clients, and foster a culture of inclusion and accountability.

You’ll oversee project management, risk mitigation, and workforce planning while delivering exceptional client implementation experiences across the regional model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in client implementation, project management, account management, or operations management; 3+ years in people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of O500 Implementation Managers and set performance goals.
• Drive project management, risk mitigation, and client onboarding excellence.
• Build partnerships with sales leaders, brokers, and clients to align strategy.
• Mentor and develop team members and create bench strength.
• Monitor metrics, conduct stand-ups, and manage workload distribution.
• Communicate strategy, status, risks, and initiatives to leadership.
